This year on World Heart Day (29 September), we want to create a global community of Heart Heroes … people from all walks of life who are acting now to live longer, better, heart-healthy lives by making a promise:

‣A promise to our families to cook and eat more healthily

‣A promise to our children to exercise more and help them to be more active, to say no to smoking and help our loved ones to stop

‣A promise as a healthcare professional to help patients give up smoking and lower their cholesterol

‣A promise as a policymaker to support policies that promote healthy hearts

‣A promise as an employee to invest in heart-healthy workplaces A simple promise … for MY HEART, for YOUR HEART, for ALL OUR HEARTS. The World Heart Federation is dedicated to leading the global fight against cardiovascular disease (CVD), the world’s number one killer today. We are the only global advocacy and leadership organization bringing together the entire CVD community to drive the CVD agenda and help people live longer, better, more heart-healthy lives. We and our members believe in a world where heart health for everyone is a fundamental human right and a crucial element of global health justice.

Me considero bastante cauteloso, pero al probar plataforma solaria argentina tras leer un comentario, me convencí rápidamente. La forma en que integra herramientas para inversiones digitales simplificó mis días. Vivir en Argentina y contar con este acceso me ayudó a diversificar mejor. La verdad es que los resultados fueron positivos y logré ganar lo suficiente como para estar muy contento con mis avances.

Es una iniciativa muy positiva para crear conciencia sobre la salud del corazón. Pequeños cambios en los hábitos diarios pueden marcar una gran diferencia en la calidad de vida.
